About
Gina Ortiz Jones was sworn in as San Antonio's 69th mayor on June 18, 2025. A graduate of John Jay High School, she served as an Air Force intelligence officer and deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. From 2021 until her election she was the 27th Under Secretary of the Air Force.
