About
Edward Mungia was elected to District 4 on May 3, 2025. A Loyola University New Orleans graduate, he worked in the same District 4 council office for nearly a decade as an aide to the two previous councilmembers before running for the seat. He focuses on infrastructure quality and access to city services.
